All Flamingoberry products are made by hand in small batches. We use raw ingredients from around the world: Shea butter from Ghana to lavender essential oil from Albania. While in season, we source ingredients from our local Iowan farmers markets or even grow it ourselves on our family farm!

Returns & Cancellations:
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened and/or used items.
Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery with prior agreement and approval. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Order cancellations are not accepted after 24 hours.
Once an item has been shipped, Flamingoberry no longer has access to the package.
